Detroit Pistons at Miami Heat 01\25\13

In Miami the Heat obliterated the Detroit Pistons with a final score of 110-88. The only upside for Detroit was watching a Heat fan nail a half court shot that won him 75,000 dollars and an excited Lebron James tackling him in excitement.

Oklahoma City thunder at Denver Nuggets 01/20/13

Kevin Durant and company visited the mile high city in an OT battle with the Denver nuggets coming out on top 121-118. The game changer however was the little used Corey Brewer who scored 26 big points. An interesting fact is that this is coach George Karl's 1,099th win making him sixth on the all time wins list.

Memphis Grizzlies at Chicago Bulls 01/19/12

On a Saturday night in Chicago  Carlos Boozer and the Bulls were faced against the Grizzlies and were beaten in OT. With Jimmy Butler of the bulls leading all scorers with18 points however they were beaten
85-82. The reason this game came out of reach was a turnover and score  by the Grizzlies in OT.

KD's Big Night

On a Friday night on January 19, 2013  Kevin Durant scored a career high 52 points! Even though he may have missed a GW   three pointer in regulation  KD  was unstoppable in OT scoring 9 of OKC's 12 points and hitting 21 of 21 free throws, 5 of 9 from three point range, 9 rebounds, and 13 of 31 from the field!!!!

Heat Rewind

After a horrid 1-3 start on the road the Heat the Heat bounced back in grand fashion first beating the Golden state warriors 92-75 with Lebron James also getting his 20,000 point mark and dishing out his 5,000 assist. Then against the Los Angeles Lakers, Lebron went off for 39 points 7 rebounds and 8 assists finishing the Heats' road trip 3-3.

Portland Trailblazers vs Denver Nuggets 01/15/13

In a late night battle, Denver, the mile high city outlasted Portland in a battle to the finish. With the  final score of 115-111 in overtime. The leading scorer was Portland's Lamarcus Aldridge with 28 points however it wasn't enough.

 

NBA finals vs Super Bowl Sunday

With the super bowl fast approaching it makes you wonder what is the difference. for me the super bowl is just a football game that brings the family together however during the NBA finals I am glued to the TV in suspense. Which do you think is more entertaining Super bowl or NBA finals?

Once again the Heat's road woes were evident and the Jazz and Gordon Hayward took advantage and beat the Heat 104-97. One surprising fact however is that Lebron James led his team in points 32, steals 3, and blocks with 2. The heat are currently 1-3 on their six game road trip.

However with free agent day approaching the heat would score big if they can get someone big.

The Knicks and Spurs, normally you would say that it is an easy win for the spurs well it wasn't last night as they were blown out on the road against the new look Knicks with a final score of 100-83. Fear the Knicks!

Now I am talking about the greatest to ever play basketball in college or the NBA. The first that comes to mind is Michael Jordan but think about Wilt "The Stilt" or Kareem Abdul Jabbar obviously Kobe Bryant or Lebron are the best active players. Send me your opinion on the Greatest all time.

College BBall

Lets talk college basketball, Duke is the #1 seed however I think the Kansas Jayhawks are better with the shot blocking ability of Jeff Whithey and their star guard Ben Mclemore. What college team do you think is best?
